Terms of booking

SVF Travel is a trading name of Sun Villas Florida Direct LLP who strive to provide complete satisfaction for passengers in making their holiday arrangements, however it is understood that SVF Travel are acting on your behalf as agents and it is therefore necessary to stipulate the following conditions.

SVF Travel is a trading name of Sun Villas Florida Direct LLP who is fully bonded by the Travel Trust and act as retail agents for ATOL holders. Please be aware that SVF Travel are acting solely as your booking agent, and this is the basis on which all bookings are accepted.

Liability:

All bookings made by SVF Travel are subject to the booking conditions imposed by the principals. The principals are the operators and the airlines. All tickets, vouchers and coupons are issued by SVF Travel in their capacity as Retail Agents for ATOL Holders, upon the express condition that SVF Travel is not liable to any passenger for loss, damage, delay, injury, cancellation, or any additional expense, suffered by any passenger whatsoever, or any cause beyond the control of SVF Travel or any of its officials, agents or representatives. The total liability of SVF Travel shall not exceed the total payment received from the client in respect of any booking.

Payment:

Payment will be required as per the booking conditions of the Principal. Generally bookings outside 10 weeks require a deposit with the balance required 10 weeks prior to departure. If booking within 10 weeks of departure full payment will be required at the time of booking. The exact payment requirements for your chosen operator will be advised at the time of booking.

If, after a deposit is taken, the balance is not paid by the designated time, SVF Travel reserve the right, after due notice to the client, to cancel the booking and all deposits and assurances will be forfeited. Any charge imposed by the principal to cancel the booking, will be the liability of the customer.

Cancellation:

Any booking cancellation must be made to SVF Travel in writing, by Recorded Delivery or by confirmed email. We cannot accept cancellation by telephone. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive them. Upon receipt we will contact the relevant operator to ascertain the relevant charges. You will then be liable for those charges.

Insurance:

We strongly advise you to take out a fully comprehensive insurance which will give adequate cover against Medical Expenses, Personal Accident, Cancellation, Curtailment, Luggage, Personal Effects and Money.

Visas, Vaccinations and Passports:

Passengers are personally responsible far any Visas, Vaccinations and Passports that will be required to travel.
